If you're able to log into your account and know your current password, you can change it from your Dashboard Settings:
To change your password, follow these steps
1. Navigated to Menu Admin From your desktop
2. Then click "Change Password"
3. Enter your Current password as a security verification step
4. After inputting the old password, enter your New password.
5. Confirm the new password.
6. Make sure to save or remember the new password
7. Log out from your dashboard and login again using the new password to ensure the changes were successful.
Please follow these steps if you are unable to log in to your Billfazz dashboard:
- Go to Dashboard Billfazz
- Enter your Client ID and Username then Click "Forgot Password".
- You will receive a link in your registered PIC business email.
- Open the Email and follow the instructions given in the email to reset the password.
- Create and confirm your new password
