Here are some troubleshooting tips if you are requesting verification codes and not receiving them.
- Make sure you enter the correct email address when prompted. Check for spelling mistakes and missing numbers or characters.
- Check your Spam/Junk folder. The email may have been mis-sorted. If not, and the email is nowhere to be found, proceed to the next step.
- Your e-mail account's spam security settings might be set too high. If the security setting is too high, it will prevent certain emails from ever reaching your Inbox or even your Spam folder. Please adjust any active spam security filters to a lower setting and try again to send a verification email. Check both your Inbox and Spam folder for this email. If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, please repeat this step.
If you still have trouble finding the verification code or the verification link has expired, you can request a resend of the Verification email.
